1 Bedroom Lodge

The one-bedroom lodge (Phoebe) has been awarded three stars by VisitScotland. It has recently undergone an extensive renovation with downstairs, solid wood flooring in the lounge/ kitchen area and good-quality Berber carpeting elsewhere.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Adjoining this is the bright and comfortable lounge/dining area equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD player. Upstairs there is one comfortable bedroom equipped with a double and a single bed. The bathroom has a full-sized bath with efficient electric shower over the bath.

Heating is by electric convection heaters and electricity is charged by meter reading at the end of your stay. This lodge has no veranda, but there is a tiny suntrap outside.

All bed-linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided without additional charge and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are kept under proper control and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom.

There is FREE Wi-Fi in all the lodges. 

Similar to the two bedroom lodges, flexibility is the keyword when booking a holiday here. In the summer, bookings can be made on any Sunday, Wednesday or Friday with a minimum of two-night stay. In the winter, the same flexibility applies with the ferries arriving and departing on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
